Dialogue task force meets in Dharamsala
(TibetNet) The 10-member task force on negotiation with China formed by the Tibetan exile authorities began a 3-day meeting. Participants included the head of the Tibetan Central Administration Samdhong Rinpoche, Kalon Lobsang Nyandak Zayul, the two secretaries of the Office of the Dalai Lama, Tenzin Geyche Tethong and Lobsang Jinpa, and the secretary of the Department of Security, Ngodrup Dhongchung.
